At Empire Copper, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home accents. If your piece isn't a perfect fit for your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the copper item in its original protective packaging and shipping box to ensure it is shielded from scratches or dents during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item to confirm it is in its original, unoxidized condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
